aX305D

The powerful and fully-featured Versamill AX305D Milling Center is a 5-Axis, purpose-built production dental mill that shares many of the same high quality, durable characteristics of the larger members of the Versamill family—at an extremely attractive price point.    

The Versamill AX305D is designed as an open-source dry mill, designed to provide owners with maximum flexibility and versatility in a dental manufacturing system. The AX305D can accept input from any dental design program and work with a wide variety of dental milling materials, including wax, zirconia, PMMA, PEEK, Pekkton, nanocomposits, resins, and more.   

The strength and rigidity of the Versamill AX305D coupled with precision ballscrews, linear guideways, closed-loop servo drives, and the undercut machining capability of full 5-Axis control provide superior surface finishes, faster cycle times, and greater tool life while allowing you to machine a wide variety of materials with the minimum amount of bench time.

aX314DW

The powerful and fully-featured Versamill AX314DW Milling Center is a 5-Axis, purpose-built production wet dental mill that upgrades the capability of the Versamill AX305D. Constructed utilizing 20mm diameter ballscrews, a heavier granite base/frame, a 1.37kW spindle, and 6.0mm tooling, it provides the additional strength, rigidity, and power to enable it to process an even wider range of hard and soft dental materials.

The Versamill AX314DW is an open-source mill designed to provide owners with maximum flexibility and versatility in a dental manufacturing system. The AX314DW can accept input from any dental design program and work with a wide variety of dental milling materials, including wax, zirconia, PMMA, glass ceramics such as e.max and CELTRA® DUO, PEEK, Pekkton, nanocomposits, and more—even titanium dental bars and abutments from pre-mill blanks.

The powerful and fully-featured Versamill AX400 Milling Center is a 5-Axis, purpose-built wet dental mill that upgrades the capability of the standard, 0.5kW stepper motor-driven 5X-400 provided by Arum Dentistry.   

We upgrade the machine to provide increased spindle torque to enable the machine to work with a wider variety of dental milling materials, including light-duty processing of glass ceramics such as e.max and CELTRA® DUO, PEEK, Pekkton, titanium bars, and abutments from pre-mill blanks.   

The strength and rigidity of the Versamill AX400HT, coupled with wet-milling and the undercut machining capability of full 5-Axis control, provide superior surface finishes, faster cycle times and greater tool life while allowing you to machine an even wider variety of materials with the minimum amount of bench time

The Versamill AX200, Flagship of the Versamill 5-Series product line, conforms to the philosophy of Open Solutions for laboratories and dental practices. It can be driven by any open CAM system and can utilize material readily available on the open market.

Assembled and rigorously tested in the State of Michigan, consisting of domestic and foreign components, the AX726DW-PRO is an innovative machine concept that meets all the requirements of the modern, automated digital dental manufacturing process.

The extremely stable construction enables the processing of all dental materials in wet and dry machining. With a fully automated robotic 18-position blank changer, the system enables versatile machining in 24-hour operation without the problems associated with traditional disc changer systems. 7-Series precision reduces the need for production-robbing machine calibration, while the auto-calibration feature simplifies the process and reduces the time required.
