Versamill features like cast aluminum-alloy or aluminum-fabricated frames, high-torque spindle, large-diameter pre-loaded ballscrews, heavy-duty linear guideways, zero stack tolerance rotary axes and more enable you to quickly and reliably manufacture restorations with perfect fits and razor-sharp margins—with the minimum of profit-robbing, error-prone post-machining handwork.

Use of precision ball screws with anti-backlash ball nuts along with linear guides and closed-loop servo drives assures superior dynamic motion and positional accuracy.

With the use of an open C-type cartridge, you can precisely machine the lateral side (buccal side) and undercut zone that requires additional machining. With the amazing power of the best-in-class spindle AC 1.28 kw, you can machine various shapes and materials.

Heavy-gage aluminum fabricated frame provides the rigidity required to absorb vibration and dissipate heat.

5-axis operation with quick-change universal fixture. Rotary axis trunnion driven by high-torque reduction gears with fully supported zero stack tolerance quick-change part holding fixture.

Cuff side, occlusal side, and retention groove using AT cartridge. In addition to simple top & bottom side machining, you can machine cuff side (Gingival side), occlusal side, and retention groove using AT Cartridge.

You can machine custom abutments from which the connector has been removed. removal of connector reduces the work during the post production stage, allowing you to produce prostheses in a more efficient way

Quick-change 6-unit CAD-block cartridge. Facilitates light-duty production of lithium disilicate, Lava Ultimate, and other pre-mounted dental material.
